ApparelMagic is supported by its Technical Support and Development Team. ApparelMagic was founded in 1984 and provides implementation planning, training programs and technical support for the ApparelMagic software system.
Training and technical support is included with the purchase of each ApparelMagic System, and is delivered in realtime on the customer’s computer screen. Customer support resources include experienced industry professionals, programmers, network specialists and trainers.
Extended support programs are offered to clients who wish to receive the latest ApparelMagic updates. The extended support program includes continuing technical support and access to ApparelMagic’s extensive Knowledgebase and Training Videos. Extended support is entirely optional, and no service contracts are ever required.
